The School — the Arab world's first academic institution specializing in public governance — needed a rigorous, unbiased process to select high-potential participants for its executive leadership programs, then develop each individual toward readiness for senior public sector roles.
In a partnership spanning 9+ years, Qaitas designed and runs a full assessment-to-development cycle: Assessment Centers to select high-potentials, individual competency reports fed directly into coaching and training plans, and ongoing development support. The result is a pipeline of leaders — many now in senior government positions across the UAE and the wider Arab world.
