Our Story
1999
It started with Profiles International Consultancies
Established as the first occupational assessment company in Dubai, serving the MENA region. The exclusive distributor of Profiles International — a Wiley company, pioneering the use of psychometric assessments in the region.
2008
Expansion of Assessment Portfolio with eSkill
Secured exclusive distribution rights for eSkill, enhancing technical job-related skills testing capabilities. Diversified offerings to meet the evolving needs of MENA’s dynamic job market.
2016
Qaitas International was born
Reflecting a broader commitment to harnessing cutting-edge assessment technology and methodologies. Continuing the legacy of Profiles; founded by leading experts in People Intelligence Assessments, Development, and strategic consultancy.
2017
Partnership with Great People Inside
Gained distribution rights to deliver customized assessment solutions. Strengthened market position by providing custom-made solutions that enhance organizational and individual performance.
2019
Incorporation of Emotional Intelligence with Genos International
Expanded the service portfolio to include Emotional Intelligence assessments and development programs. Addressed the growing demand for emotional and social skills development in professional settings.

Why we started - our motivation.

We started with a simple conviction: the region needed better ways to make talent decisions.

In 1999, hiring across Dubai, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC relied heavily on CVs, personal relationships and interviews. Objective, data-driven assessment was not part of the decision-making toolkit.

We set out to change that - introducing scientifically grounded methodologies, building local capability, and demonstrating that evidence consistently outperforms intuition.

As the region evolved, so did we.

What began as pioneering psychometric assessment expanded into a broader people intelligence ecosystem - integrating technical skills testing, customised assessment solutions, emotional intelligence, and end-to-end consulting.

The founding force behind Qaitas International, Hussein has led talent intelligence and occupational assessment consulting in the UAE since 1999. With over 25 years of direct MENA practice, he brings strategic depth, deep client relationships, and the institutional knowledge of having built the regional assessment market from the ground up.
