Psychometric assessment
You complete a Qaitas assessment — the same instruments we use with clients. You receive your results.

In-person interview
A structured competency-based interview with Hussein Mansour and a senior consultant.

Offer & onboarding
Successful candidates receive an offer within one week of the final interview.
